Why IPTVNext exists

IPTV is a genuinely better way to get content onto whatever screen you happen to be near — the television, a laptop, an iPad, a phone. That much is obvious now. What was not obvious in 2019 was how badly the Canadian market was being served. Cable packages were bundled to protect the sports tier, multicultural channels were treated as an expensive afterthought, and the streaming alternatives that existed were either unreliable or sold by people who vanished the moment something broke.

We built IPTVNext to fix the reliability half of that problem first. Anyone can aggregate channels; keeping them stable through a Saturday-night hockey peak is the hard part, and it is where most providers in this market quietly fail. That engineering focus is still what we compete on.

What we actually do

IPTVNext is an independent IPTV service provider. We are not connected to, endorsed by, or affiliated with any television network, broadcaster or trademark owner whose content may be reachable through the service. Logos and brand names belong to their rightful owners, and their appearance implies no relationship. Our role is to activate subscriptions and provide access credentials — the technical and legal position is set out in full on our DMCA and copyright page.

What we do control is the delivery path: server capacity, packet prioritisation, jitter management and the support that sits behind them. That is the part we are accountable for, and it is the part we measure.

The four commitments we hold ourselves to

Quality without a premium tier

Every plan — from the CA$10.99 intro month to the annual subscription — runs on identical servers with an identical lineup. We do not throttle an entry tier to make the expensive one look better.

Secure, honest checkout

Card, PayPal and crypto handled by the processor. We never see or store card numbers, and nothing renews automatically without your say-so.

Affordable excellence

A year of IPTVNext costs less than a single month of comparable Canadian cable. That gap is the whole business case, and we intend to keep it.

Support that answers

A real advisor on WhatsApp seven days a week — not a ticket form that goes quiet at five o'clock on Friday.

Where we are

Our head office is in downtown Toronto, at Suite 1408, 120 Adelaide Street West. Support is delivered in English and French, which matters for the substantial share of our base in Montreal, Quebec City and Gatineau. Subscribers stream from every province — Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Mississauga, Ottawa, Hamilton and Halifax all sit in our top fifteen cities by active line count.

"Canadian households cutting cable increasingly cite two things: the price of the sports tier and the absence of their home-country channels. Providers that solve both, and stay up during live events, keep subscribers for years rather than months." — Canadian pay-TV substitution study, 2026

One device, one application, on purpose

Two of our rules surprise people, so it is worth explaining them here rather than burying them in the terms. Each subscription authorises one device at a time, and the only supported application is IBO Player.

Both constraints exist for the same reason: predictability. A known device count means we can size bandwidth headroom honestly instead of overselling capacity, and a single client means our engineering and support effort concentrates in one place rather than spreading thin across a dozen apps. If your household needs a second screen, take a second line — message us and we apply a multi-line discount. The full installation walkthrough lives in our IBO Player setup guide.

Working with us

If you run a shop, a repair business or simply have a large network of people asking where you get your television, our reseller programme lets you sell under your own brand on a credit system with pricing you set yourself. Otherwise, the quickest way to judge us is the intro month, and the quickest way to reach a human is the contact page.
