Terms of Service

Welcome to IPTVNext ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://iptvnext.ca (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

IPTVNext provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription. Installation instructions for every supported platform are published in our setup guide.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your province of Canada, to hold a subscription.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and payment

IPTVNext offers the following subscription tiers. All figures are in Canadian dollars.

• Subscriptions are activated on confirmation of payment.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. IPTVNext does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When a term ends, you choose whether to purchase another.
• The Try 1 Month intro price is limited to one order per household.

4. Refunds

We operate a 7-day money-back guarantee. A refund requested within seven days of activation is issued in full. After seven days, we charge only for the period actually used and refund the balance. The complete conditions, including non-eligible situations, are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
• Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protections or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that breaches applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
• Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Breach of this section results in immediate termination without refund. Commercial redistribution is available only through our reseller programme.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming across multiple devices is not permitted and may result in suspension of the line and the associated IP address. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; IPTVNext does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service availability

IPTVNext maintains a measured 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible), unplanned technical issues, third-party content provider disruptions, or force majeure events. Some buffering or content variation may occur, as is common across IPTV delivery. IPTVNext is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Content — live channels, on-demand titles and categories — is subject to change, update or removal without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service, including live channels, on-demand titles, logos and EPG data, is the property of its respective owners and licensors. IPTVNext does not claim ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only. The IPTVNext name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPTVNEXT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold IPTVNext harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the site or the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You remain responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your own province.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are published at https://iptvnext.ca/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
