IPTVNext respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the equivalent provisions of the Canadian Copyright Act, including the notice-and-notice regime. This policy explains our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims. By using IPTVNext, you agree to the terms set out in this notice.

1. Our content position

IPTVNext operates as an independent IPTV service provider and does not host, store, originate or control any of the live streams or on-demand content reachable through the Service. Our role is limited to activating subscriptions and providing access credentials. We have no control over what is broadcast, and we do not modify or manage the content in any way.

2. No affiliation with content owners

We are not connected to, endorsed by, or affiliated with any television channel, network, broadcaster or trademark owner whose content may be reachable through the Service. All logos, brand names and trademarks remain the property of their rightful owners, and their appearance does not imply any official relationship with IPTVNext.

3. User responsibility

You are fully responsible for how you use the Service. It is your duty to ensure your viewing activity complies with local, provincial, national and international law. Unauthorised viewing, copying or sharing of copyrighted material is your responsibility, not ours. Content accessed through the platform may be protected by copyright; IPTVNext claims ownership of none of it and is not responsible for infringement committed by users.

4. Reporting copyright infringement (takedown notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and believe content reachable through https://iptvnext.ca infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim has been infringed. A representative list is acceptable where multiple works are covered.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content.
  3. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Good faith statement — a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
  6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge valid notices within five business days and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the material and notifying the relevant upstream content provider.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to [email protected] including:

  1. Identification of the removed content — description, URL(s) and its location before removal.
  2. Statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.
  5. Signature — physical or electronic.

On receipt of a valid counter-notification we forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

6. Repeat infringer policy

  • Accounts subject to multiple valid infringement notices are reviewed.
  • IPTVNext reserves the right to terminate subscriptions of users determined to be repeat infringers.
  • Termination for repeat infringement does not entitle the user to a refund.

7. Misuse of the notice process

Filing a false takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and equivalent Canadian provisions, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

8. Liability disclaimer and confidentiality

IPTVNext is not liable for the accuracy, legality or content of any stream reachable through the Service, nor for damages, claims or legal issues arising from your use of it. We treat all stream-source data as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties. Related terms are set out in our terms of service and privacy policy.

9. Policy updates and agreement

IPTVNext may update this notice at any time without prior warning. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms and confirm you understand this disclaimer, and that you will use the Service lawfully and at your own risk.
